Tarragon Names President of New Division

FORT LAUDERDALE-Tarragon Corp., formerly Tarragon Realty Investors, has named James M. Cauley Jr. president of Tarragon South Development Corp., a newly formed, locally based division of the company. Tarragon South, based here, is developing these Florida projects: Las Olas River House in the Downtown area, Pine Crest Village in Victoria Park, Tuscany on the Intracoastal in Boynton Beach, Waterstreet at Celebration and Alta Mar in Fort Myers. In addition, with Coscan Homes, the company is developing Cypress Grove in Pompano Beach, FL.

Cauley has more than 16 years of experience in multifamily real estate development and management. His most recent position was president and managing partner of the Altman Cos., based in Boca Raton, where he worked for seven years. Before that, he was president and division partner for Trammell Crow Residential Services–Southwest in Phoenix.
