The turn-of-the-century brick-and-beam building was reconstructed into a Class A office building. It is located in Fort Point Channel near South Station, Logan Airport and Routes 90 and 93. Circles, which provides concierge services as well as event and vacation planning, was previously located at the Children's Museum, but outgrew its 15,000-sf space.

Bob Kenney, president and CEO of the Boston Wharf Co. says, "Landing a tenant the caliber of Circles is just one indication of the future success of this property." A spokesperson for GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens tells GlobeSt.com that a number of other tenants are close to signing up for space in the building. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for space in the area is approximately $39 per sf.
