Jan-Pro spent three months extensively touring sites, all on the west side, Rob Banzhaf with NAI Houston tells GlobeSt.com. The nod went to 15810 Park Ten Place, a 94,234-sf building, positioned in a 550-acre business park off Interstate 10. The end result was a medium-term lease.
The Chicago-based McShane Corp. owns the class B building, which is 95% leased. The building's top space taker is Environmental Resources Management, which occupies about 50,000 sf. The 22-year-old office building's quoted rent is $16.75 per sf. Greg Tilton with Houston-based Transwestern Commercial Services represented the building owner.
