Debra Lee Stevens, CCIM, principal of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented the property owner, Davidson Management as exclusive agent. Rob Nahigian of Auburndale Realty represented the Tenant, North Bennett Street School.

The space is located in one of three consecutive industrial buildings that were previously fully occupied by Babcock Davis, a metal fabricator. The company was sold and the facilities here were relocated. Each of the buildings range from 20,000 sf to 35,000 sf. The first building is fully occupied by Gold's Gym. North Bennett occupies the second building with Boston Globe's distribution company.

Stevens tells GlobeSt.com that there is a lot of interest in the third building, specifically from a high end bicycle manufacturer. She says that average lease rates for this type of space ranges from $7 to $10 per sf depending upon the space.
