The chain owns and operates 11 drive-thru restaurants in the Upper Midwest. Sterion, a medical device company that also supplies emergency oxygen and related services, would not disclose the terms of the cash deal. However, the burger chain offered a "compelling return on investment," says Kenneth Brimmer, chief executive officer of Sterion.
Sterion Inc., headquartered in Ham Lake, develops, manufactures, and markets medical products and through its LifeSafe Services subsidiary provides emergency oxygen and related services.
