ABR's new locale, located off I-95 and Rte. 1, carries the addresses of 14849 and 14869 Persistence Dr. Both structures were developed in 1987 and feature 38,000 and 20,000 sf, respectively.

"Prince William County offers an attractive labor pool and cost competitive environment," ABS Services owner Mark Thompson says. "We're now able to own our building and be closer to our employee base." In January, the company will make its move to the two buildings, occupying 50,000 of the 60,000 sf of available space. The remaining 10,000 sf will be marketed for lease to outside companies. Leasing rates for industrial properties in Prince William average out at $5.75 per sf.
