"The market's been slow over there and there are lots to choose from," Matt Hobaica, a principal with Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix, says. Manufacturers Capital LLC nonetheless jumped at the chance to lease an entire building at 4636 N. 43rd Ave. in the Santa Fe Business Park, signing with building owner, SESC Management LLC of Scottsdale. The relatively new manufacturer is relocating from its facility at 23910 N. 19th Ave.

Hobaica says the dealmaker is a facility with 3,800 amp capacity. "They're a manufacturer and they needed power," he says.

Hobaica and Dave Johnson, also with Lee & Associates, represented the property owner at the bargaining table. Wayne Watson of JWW Realty Co. in Phoenix was the tenant's rep.
