The Neiman Marcus Natick store, which will be a two-levelbuilding, is scheduled to open in spring 2007. Wayne Hussey, seniorvice president of properties for Neiman Marcus notes that the chainhas been looking for a "viable" second store location for a numberof years. The other location is Five Copley Place in Boston.

This 1.2-million-sf Natick Mall is located within the westernsuburbs of Boston and is near Routes 9 and 30 and the MassachusettsTurnpike. Its sales exceed twice the national average, serving 17million shoppers a year. Also planned as part of the expansion aretwo luxury condominium towers.
