ARLINGTON, VA-The Hartford Building will become the new home of celebrated international architectural and engineering firm DMJM, which has just signed on to occupy 40,000 sf at the 215,000-sf class A office tower. The deal paves the way for DMJM to relocate to the city’s Clarendon community from its current digs in the 300,000-sf building at 1525 Wilson Blvd. in the Rosslyn submarket. DMJM is expected to make the move this fall.

Location, location, location was one of the major factors in DMJM’s decision to relocate to the Hartford. Situated at 3101 Wilson Blvd., the centralized spot boasts a convenient location just across from a Metro station, off I-395, I-66, and Route 50. Construction of the property–developed by the Akridge Cos., along with partners the Holladay Corp. and MEPT/Kennedy Associates–wrapped up about one year ago.
