Located in the CBD along the prestigious K Street corridor, which is known for its high concentration of lobbyists and law firms, the eight-story building at 2121 K St. fits right in with the block's mass of imposing premiere office towers. The structure rose up on its half-acre parcel back in 1981, and underwent a significant renovation in 2000. At the time of the transaction, 2121 K St. was fully leased, as was its ground-level retail space, which is home to the five-star Asian restaurant Mr. K's.

The building also features an underground parking facility, a fitness center with racquetball court, and a 4,000-sf rooftop veranda. In addition to the requisite law firms, the building is also home to such tenants as the American College of Emergency Physicians, the George Washington University HEATH Resource Center, the Employee Benefit Research Institute, and Wall Street Institute Inc.
