The single-story building is situated on three acres of land and is located near Speen Street and Route 9.
Atlantic Importing Inc., which is currently located at 153 Northboro Rd. in Southborough, plans to lease the entire building for its corporate offices and distribution center. The average asking rents for industrial space in the area is about $7 per sf.
