John Mulvihill, senior investment officer, negotiated the purchase of the property which will be held by Sun Life Financial as an investment. Tom O'Brien of Northstar Partners, an affiliate of Cushman and Wakefield, represented Leisure Lane. The sales price was not disclosed.
Leisure Lane will join Sun Life Financial's $725 million US real estate portfolio containing 74 buildings. Sun Life Financial is an international financial services organization with assets under management of $282.1 billion providing a range of wealth accumulation and protection products and services to individuals and corporate customers.
