SCHILLER PARK, IL-McDonald’s, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks Coffee, Subway, Panda Express and Stonebridge Gyros & Café are among the retail tenants here in an oasis over the Tri-State Tollway, one of seven being renovated in a $100-million project and among the first two to reopen.
