Shahmoradi & Associates has shifted to a 10,000-sf building at 1701 Brittmoore Rd. in a relocation from eight miles to the east. Travis Land with NAI Houston tells GlobeSt.com that the firm could build or buy down the road. A need to expand and site with outside storage prompted the decision to sell and lease, he says.
Chapman & Cole of Houston owns the 22-year-old building on three-fourths of an acre. The owner, using an in-house broker, had the holding on the market for 45 cents per sf.
