Greenberg Commercial is in the middle of its reinvention process, and has managed to line up a series of big tenants for the finished project, including a 130,000-sf Wegman's Food Market store. For Greetings & Readings, the new address will make the 35-year-old business a chain; the original store is in Towson, MD.

"Hunt Valley Town Centre represents the next wave of shopping environments, and we were looking for a location that combines elements of fun, excitement, entertainment, restaurants and ambiance," Greetings & Readings president Steven Baum says. "The Hunt Valley site is close enough to our existing store so that we can efficiently run both operations, yet far enough away to create a new level of customers." The new store will open next spring.
