Luxury Condos Rising in Arts District

MIAMI-Another new mixed-use condominium project–City 24–will rise in South Florida, this one in the city’s Arts District.PanTerra Developments is developing City 24, a luxury, boutique project that will have 119 one- and two-bedroom condos in a 15-story building. The project, designed by Revuelta Vega Leon PA, is being developed at 24th Street and Biscayne Boulevard.Plans call for units to range in size from 652 sf to 1,360 sf, and prices to range from $180,000 to more than $500,000. Sales are set to begin this summer. The project has a planned completion date of summer 2006.City 24 also is slated to have 18,000 sf of retail space on the bottom floor and mezzanine. Plans also call for the property to feature a landscaped, 15,000-sf pool area and sun deck with a heated pool and Jacuzzi; a third-story fitness center with locker rooms, a shower and a sauna; a yoga studio; a business center with wireless Internet access; and a covered garage.Carson Realty Group Inc. is handling sales for City 24. The company will sell the project from its new Development Sales Center at 2010 Biscayne Blvd., blocks from the site.
