Solaris at Brickell Bay Developer Hires Sales Firm

MIAMI-H&H Development Co. has retained Prodigy International Development Sales as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for Solaris at Brickell Bay, a 22-story, 138-unit condominium project planned for the city’s Brickell area.The sales center is located at 1421 S. Miami Ave., a few blocks from the project site. The contemporary project is being developed at 186 S.E. 12th Terrace, off Brickell Avenue, in the city’s financial district. The one-, two- and three-bedroom residences will range in size from 770 sf to 1,685 sf. Prices start in the $250,000s. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer. The project architect is Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa.Company founder and president Rodrigo Niño has more than 10 years’ experience in marketing and selling luxury real estate. Projects he has sold include Mutiny Park, Jade Residences at Brickell Bay, the M, Uptown Marina Lofts, Brickell on the River and Solé. Before he founded his own company, he worked for Fortune International, where he was responsible for more than $750 million in sales.
