The seller was CLD Management, LLC of Okemos. The buyer was AMA Investments - Spartan, LLC of Livonia.
The transaction was brokered by Jeff Blanton of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners. Hendricks & Partners is the nation's largest advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
