CB Richard Ellis' Jackie Pinyan-Durels and Kenneth Nordstrom arranged the sublease transaction on behalf of the Richman Group. Quebecor World (USA) Inc., a major commercial printing firm put the space on the sublease market last year after relocating employees to other locations in Connecticut and New York State. Cushman & Wakefield represented Quebecor in the sublease deal.

"After carefully researching the market, we were able to identify the Quebecor sublease opportunity as both a creative and cost efficient location and one that met all of our client's requirements," says Pinyan-Durels.

The Richman Group will occupy the entire first and third floors of the 330 Pemberwick Road building, which totals approximately 28,000 sf. The company has developed more than 8,000 units of residential housing across the US and manages nearly 100 properties totaling approximately 12,000 apartments. The firm has sponsored or structured real estate funds that have acquired more than 500 properties in 47 states.
