MINNEAPOLIS-First Industrial Realty Trust has signed three leases totaling more than 27,000 sf for its Twin Cities research and development properties. The industrial REIT signed a 14,927-sf lease with Bankruptcy Solutions Inc. at a research and development flex facility is located at 2740 Arthur St. in Roseville.

First Industrial also signed an 8,919-sf lease with TIMM Medical Technologies at a research and development flex facility is located at 6585 City West Pkwy. in Eden Prairie. The Chicago-based REIT signed a 3,583-sf lease with Diagnostic Instrument Service Center, LLC for a research and development flex facility is located at 6575 City West Pkwy.
