Lease rates for this deal were not available but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. The three-story, 66,000 sf office building is located at the intersection of Route 95 and Route 128. Other tenants in the building include Kinkisharyo International LLC and Siemens Business Services.

Canton's office market took a hit recently as its overall availability rate shot up from nearly 5% in January to nearly 31% in April, according to Trammell Crow Co.'s most recent statistics. The city's absorption rate was a negative 282,400 sf in the time period.
