Softrax Re-Ups for 24,000 SF

CANTON, MA-Softrax renews its lease for 23,600 sf of office space at 45 Shawmut Rd. The company will continue to use the space in the three-story 66,000-sf building as its corporate headquarters.

CANTON, MA-Softrax renewed its lease for 23,600 sf of office space at 45 Shawmut Rd. The company, which provides revenue management solutions, will continue to use the space as its corporate headquarters.

Lease rates for this deal were not available but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. The three-story, 66,000 sf office building is located at the intersection of Route 95 and Route 128. Other tenants in the building include Kinkisharyo International LLC and Siemens Business Services.
