Tempe MarketPlace Commerce Associates LP of Phoenix is building 135,670-sf and 149,799-sf structures at 7815 and 7919 S. Hardy Rd., respectively. The developer owned the land for several years and only recently penciled in two additional buildings once demand became apparent, Vincent Curci of the development company, tells GlobeSt.com.
Curci says the buildings will be like others in the park: "higher-quality product for the long-term user." Elliot Business Park has about one million sf of multi-use space on the ground, boasting a 76% occupancy.
DL Withers Construction of Phoenix is handling general contractor duties, with Phoenix-based Euthenics Architecture and Interiors taking on design duties. Rick Lee and Stein Koss with Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix are leasing the development.
