$4M Municipal Building Expansion Breaks Ground

SOLEBURY TWP., PA-Ground breaks for a $4-million expansion and total renovation of the building at 3092 Sugan Rd. that has housed the township’s administrative offices and police department since it was constructed in 1964. A 9,300-sf addition takes the building to 13,500 sf.

Vaughn Collaborative, based in Washington Crossing, PA, is the architect, and Dublin, PA-based Walter Brucker & Co. is general contractor. The materials will match the current building’s stone exterior and slate roofing, and the expansion includes a new reception area, two public meeting rooms, and increased space for the police and planning and preservation departments along with updated computer equipment.
