Bruce Fehn and Garrold Parratt, brokers with The Staubach Co., represented the tenant in the negotiations. Fehn reports that they performed a building search for the tenant who desired a location downtown. Randall & Dewey Partners will now be closer to its client base, picking up office space on floors nine and 10 of the CBD high-rise.
Trizec owns the 1.2-million-sf, three-building complex. Three Allen Center at 333 Clay St. is now 70% leased. The Chicago-based owner was represented by in-house broker, Margaret Sigur. According to market data, the building's quoted rent is $22 per sf.
