Linedata Services Leases 16,000 SF Downtown

BOSTON-Linedata Services is leasing 15,924 sf of first class office space at 260 Franklin St. The space on the 13th floor of the 349,000-sf building will serve as the company’s North American headquarters office. The company, a provider of software and services to the global financial services marketplace, was represented by vice president John E. Butterworth of Meredith & Grew, while property owner 260 Franklin, Inc. was represented by assistant vice president Jason R. Cameron of Spaulding & Slye Colliers.

Extensive improvements are now under way in the main lobby of the 23-story building, which is a block from Post Office Square and the Boston Harbor at the corner of Franklin and Oliver Streets in the heart of the city’s financial district. The project is scheduled to be completed in October of 2004.
