The buyer of the building at 326 S. Ann St. was C. Now, LLC, which will use the building for equipment storage. Friedman's John Dinsmore represented the seller, FranKen Investments, Inc.
The 53.4-acre site was sold by Dr. Taisja Tworek of Grosse Pointe. The site is surrounded by large areas of vacant land. Western Livingston County continues to remain the fastest growing area in Michigan, claims Grubb & Ellis team member Kevin Brady, who represented the seller.
