Accounting Group Boss Gets Promotion

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Patty Proshek becomes managing director of client accounting at CB Richard Ellis' Twin Cities offices. Proshek's 104-member team supports most of CB Richard Ellis' business in the eastern and central US.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-CB Richard Ellis has promoted Patty Proshek to managing director of client accounting at its Twin Cities office. Proshek started her career with CB Richard Ellis in November of 1987, and has supervised the growth of the accounting team to 104 employees serving 87 million sf in 37 states.

The accounting group works on clients such as AMB Institutional Advisors, Morgan Stanley, Teachers, OSTRs, Fortress and Principal.Proshek’s team supports most of CB Richard Ellis ‘s business in the eastern and central part of the US, excluding New York.
