Lennar Developers Hires ISG to Sell Colonnade

KENDALL, FL-Lennar Developers Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar Corp., retained International Sales Group to market and sell Colonnade, a mixed-use community planned for Downtown.The 555-unit, Mediterranean-style Colonnade will consist of four 10-story towers. Prices range from the high $200,000s to the $500,000s. The Aventura, FL-based sales and marketing firm is expecting a sellout by the end of the year due to the demand for urban living in that area.Colonnade is one of Lennar Developers’ first three projects, as Lennar recently formed its multifamily building subsidiary. The other two are the Grand, also in Kendall, and 360º in North Bay Village, FL.International Sales Group is also handling sales for the 360° project, a waterfront project that will consist of 414 units starting in the low $300,000s and the sales firm reached 85% in sales in nine months.
