NAI Adds Kuwait to Coverage List

KUWAIT CITY-New America International has extended its Middle East coverage with a new alliance here. The Highstown, NJ-based commercial real estate services provider convinced a locally based firm to join its global platform.Now called NAI Overseas Real Estate Co., the firm is run by 30-year industry veteran Mohammed Al-Savegh, whose experience includes the development of several hotels across the Middle East. Savegh formed Overseas Real Estate in 2001 after 21 years with one of the top real estate companies in Kuwait, according to NAI. The company provides investment, finance and development services.As NAI’s latest alliance partner, Overseas Real Estate will exclusively represent NAI clients throughout Kuwait, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. Savegh’s partners in the firm are Sulaiman Abalkhail and Yousaf Al-Husaini, who have a combined 50 years experience in the business. “…Professional representation on the ground there gives NAI…the opportunity to explore a much wider range of real estate investment alternatives,” says Stephan Neveleff, Principal of NAI Realvest Partners, and Partner of NAI Overseas Real Estate.
