The Grand Ballroom will have a capacity from 25 to 720 for banquets, to 1,300 for receptions or theater-style seating, Moore says. The hotel offers 17 suites and more than 100 individual rooms. The hotel is expected to employ more than 250.
The hotel is already booked during the week of the Ryder Cup tournament in Birmingham this September, drawing guests from around the world, Moore adds.
