LAKE OSWEGO, OR-West Coast Bank has taken from a competitor in order to replace Don Johnson, who has retired from his post as senior vice president and manager of the company’s commercial real estate division. Johnson’s replacement is Bob Dickie, most recently manager of US Bank’s Northwest commercial real estate division.Dickie, a Portland native, is responsible for the growth and management of commercial and builder/developer construction lending. Additionally, Dickie will have purview over investor property term commercial real estate lending.West Coast Bank is the largest Oregon-based community bank in the Portland/Vancouver and Salem regions measured by total deposits and number of branch locations. Earlier this month, the bank announced that three new branches would be opened in the second half of 2004 in the northwest Oregon cities of Gresham, Salem and Vancouver.
