Robbins & Myers' two-story project will rise at 10586 Highway 75 in Conroe, north of Houston and on land abutting its manufacturing plant. Tucker Knight, associate director for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, arranged the financing through Southern National Bank of Texas, getting an 80% loan-to-cost ratio for an 18-month vehicle for a private developer from Bingham Farm, MI, an owner of commercial, healthcare and public sector real estate.
Robbins & Meyers began in 1878 as a gray iron foundry in Springfield, OH. Today, it's a supplier of equipment and systems for the pharmaceutical, energy and industrial markets.
