CONROE, TX-A $3-million construction loan has cleared the way for a 30,000-sf headquarters build-to-suit for the energy division of the Dayton, OH-based Robbins & Myers Inc.

Robbins & Myers’ two-story project will rise at 10586 Highway 75 in Conroe, north of Houston and on land abutting its manufacturing plant. Tucker Knight, associate director for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, arranged the financing through Southern National Bank of Texas, getting an 80% loan-to-cost ratio for an 18-month vehicle for a private developer from Bingham Farm, MI, an owner of commercial, healthcare and public sector real estate.
