Signature Capital, will arrange financing from $1 million to $100 million for industrial, office, retail, multifamily, golf courses, mobile home parks and self-storage properties. The principals, Robert Joseph and Michael Bontumasi, have more than 50 years of collective experience in the banking and real estate.
Bloomfield originated commercial real estate and construction loans in excess of $250 million in 2003 for life insurance companies, banks, pension funds and various conduit sources it represents. Total servicing volume reached more than $225 million in 2003.
Southfield-based Signature Associates-ONCOR International has four Michigan offices and one in Toledo. It is among the most active commercial real estate brokers in the state.
