Target Analysis Expands to 32,000 SF

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Target Analysis Group is expanding to 32,272 sf at 1030 Massachusetts Ave. The company, which provides data analysis, market research and database marketing services to non-profit organizations, expanded its lease by 4,353 sf on the second floor of the six-story property for six years.

The 65,942 sf red-brick building, located near Harvard Square, was constructed in 1986 and acquired by Paradigm Properties in 2001. The building features a two-story atrium lobby and a two-level underground parking garage. It is currently fully leased. Among its tenants are Cypress Communication, Delphi News Corp., Design Within Reach, Idea, Inc., the Stubbins Assocs. Inc. and Utrecht.
