348-Unit Longview Place Prepares for Occupancy

WALTHAM, MA-Topping-off ceremonies were held for Longview Place, the 348-unit luxury residential complex developed by the Boulder Co. The three-building complex on Hope Avenue is adjacent to the new Sterling Medical Center and shares its 19-acre site with the center, which offers primary care, ambulatory surgery, diagnostics and inpatient facilities. A new 595-car structured parking facility, also developed by Boulder, will support the medical services at Sterling.

Occupancy for the first 103 apartments at Longview Place will begin in September 2004, followed by full occupancy in the spring of 2005. The project’s general contractor is Suffolk Construction while ADD Inc, were the architects. In 1998, Boulder, Suffolk Construction and ADD Inc, developed Cronin’s Landing, another residential complexin Waltham.
