Tenant improvements, location and building upkeep proved strong lures, according to Mark Linsalata, principal at Lee & Associates Arizona of Phoenix. The building sits close to the Loop 101 freeway. The bank has relocated an operations and finance division from the headquarters at 16277 Greenway Hayden Loop.
Linsalata negotiated on behalf of the owner, GH Scottsdale I LLC, an entity representing the Hewson Co. Mary Kincaid of Coldwell Banker in Scottsdale represented the tenant. The Hewson Co.'s portfolio consists of about 15 million sf in Arizona, California, Mississippi, Tennessee and Utah.
