Bank's Lease Takes Airpark Building to Full

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Western Security Bank has moved into 8,280 sf of class A office space with a 39-month lease, pulling one division from the headquarters location. The deal, with a $328,680 payout over the term, takes the 66,057-sf building to full.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Western Security Bank of Scottsdale has relocated a finance division from the headquarters office with a 39-month lease for 8,280 sf in the Hewson Scottsdale Airpark North. The class A lease, with a $328,680 payout, brings the 66,057-sf building at 7400 E. Tierra Buena Lane to full occupancy.

Tenant improvements, location and building upkeep proved strong lures, according to Mark Linsalata, principal at Lee & Associates Arizona of Phoenix. The building sits close to the Loop 101 freeway. The bank has relocated an operations and finance division from the headquarters at 16277 Greenway Hayden Loop.
