Bell To Head TCC's South Florida Investment Sales Practice

MIAMI-Trammell Crow Co. hired John Bell, a former senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, as senior vice president to lead its investment sales practice in South Florida and to grow its presence in Florida.Bell will team with Don Cartwright, South Florida area director for Trammell Crow, and Steve Pearlman, senior vice president of brokerage for the company who will handle the team’s debt placement and structured finance.Bell will also work with the company in Central and North Florida to increase its investment practices. Bell worked for Cushman & Wakefield for 15 years.
