The facility is located on 8.2 acres, which allows for at least an additional 10,000-sf building on the parcel, according to a spokesperson for the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the sale. The buyer is unidentified.

On July 14, Good's parent, Lancaster, PA-based Breuners Furnishings Corp., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and is in the process of liquidating all Good's Furniture, Huffman Koos, and Breuner's Home Furnishings retail showrooms and distribution facilities. Unlike this property, the overwhelming majority of them are leased, and Keen Realty is marketing the leases for sale.
