Good's Furniture Flagship Sells for $5M

HATFIELD, PA-A victim of parent-company Breuner's mid-July Chapter 11 filing, the Good's 50,000-sf showroom with an additional 9,000 sf of warehouse space on Bethlehem Pike here sells for a little over $4.5 million.

HATFIELD, PA-The flagship location of Good’s Furniture at 1522 Bethlehem Pike here sells for just above $4.5 million. It includes approximately 50,000 sf of retail showroom space and 9,000 sf of warehouse area with six loading docks.

The facility is located on 8.2 acres, which allows for at least an additional 10,000-sf building on the parcel, according to a spokesperson for the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the sale. The buyer is unidentified.
