Law Firm Signs 70,000-SF Relocation Lease

TYSONS CORNER, VA-A big chunk of space at Greensboro Corporate Center II has been spoken for now that Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald LLP has committed to leasing approximately 71,500 sf of the 210,000-sf office building. Located at 8405 Greensboro Dr. near the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 267, Greensboro II sits in Northern Virginia submarket of Tysons Corner. The lease paves the way for the law firm’s relocation from a nearby spot just on the other side of Tysons Galleria from its new home.

WTH&F, GlobeSt.com is told, signed a long-term agreement at the building after looking around at competing properties in the area. Robert Copito and Brian McMullan of the Staubach Co. represented WTH&F, while Mike Ellis of Jones Lang LaSalle stood in for the property owner. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but Jones Lang LaSalle markets the space at about $28.50 per sf.
