Dimensional Insight leased 4,500 sf on the third floor of the building, while Charles River School of Shiatsu leased 4,500 sf on the fourth floor. Ellie Fantini and Read Coughlin, senior advisors with Grubb & Ellis, represented property owner 3MJ Realty Trust. David Townsend, associate director with Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, represented Dimensional Insight. Ken Manthorne, advisor with Grubb & Ellis, represented Charles River School of Shiatsu.

Lease rates for these deals were not available, but according to a recent report by Cresa Partners' Cambridge Group, asking rental rates remain flat in Cambridge, averaging $30.50 per sf for class A space and $22.50 per sf for class B space. The report further indicates that overall office vacancy for class A and B space has dropped a couple of points, to 22.4%.

Dimensional Insight Inc., which was established in 1989, is a privately held company that develops multi-dimensional data visualization, analysis and reporting solutions. Charles River School of Shiatsu offers certificate programs and workshops in several Asian healing arts disciplines.
