Among the larger deals, the CitiStreet subsidiary of Citibank took a total of 150,000 sf at the Archon-owned 400 Atrium Dr. in Franklin Twp., Somerset County, NJ. And Samsung extended and expanded its occupancy to 111,500 sf of class A office space at 105 Challenger Rd. in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Also, Computer Sciences Corp. took almost 90,000 sf at Archon's 500 Atrium Dr. in Franklin Twp.; BASF signed a long-term lease for an entire building at Rockaway Executive Center in Rockaway, NJ; and Cadbury Schweppes leased a new 150,000-sf facility in Hanover Twp., NJ, which the company will use for R&D purposes.

For Archon, the deals were all done by Fred Arena, director of commercial real estate; Sam Morreale, director of development and leasing; Steve Jason, regional counsel; John McNamara, director; and Tom Monaghan, director of asset management.
