Archon Racks Up 650,000 SF in Leases

CHATHAM, NJ-When all of the numbers were in, the Archon Group’s leasing activity in New Jersey in the first half of the year totaled more than 650,000 sf, according to Larry Goodwin, managing director of Goldman Sachs, who oversees Archon’s commercial division. The Texas-based Archon has its New Jersey office here.

Among the larger deals, the CitiStreet subsidiary of Citibank took a total of 150,000 sf at the Archon-owned 400 Atrium Dr. in Franklin Twp., Somerset County, NJ. And Samsung extended and expanded its occupancy to 111,500 sf of class A office space at 105 Challenger Rd. in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
