The deal involved a renewal and lease expansion of over 8,000 sf for 11 years. Timothy M. Lyne, executive vice president/partner, and Peter Conlin, an associate of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, represented the property owner, an affiliate of Walton Street Capital in the transaction. Charles S. O'Connor, principal of Trammell Crow Co., represented Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc.

Ten/10 Post Office Square is a two-building office property that was built between 1923 and 1929. The property occupies an entire city block and is situated in the heart of the city's financial district. In 1999, the buildings underwent substantial renovations, including replacements of windows and sidewalks and improvements to the lobbies, corridors and restrooms.
