Plans for 3030 Aventura, as the asset dubbed, call for 45 units in seven floors. The units will include bay lofts; two-story lofts; one-bedrooms-plus-den units; and two-, three- and four-bedroom flats. They are sized from 1,360 sf to 3,692 sf and are priced between $460,000 and $1.4 million. The project is scheduled to break ground in early 2005 and completion in early 2006.
This is the first time the three partners have come together on a development. Boulanger and Rousso, however, developed Harbour Center, a high-end commercial project in Aventura.
Natalie Bruzzone, director of sales for 3030 Aventura, says the project is targeting mainly families but should attract a broad spectrum of buyers, since there is strong demand for residences in the area. "It's geared toward families looking for a new home or people who are looking to start a family."
