Elsewhere in the O'Hare industrial market, warehouser Garrison CFS has leased 32,532 sf at 85 O'Leary in Bensenville while Tower Ribbons & Awards leased 13,246 sf at 248 Beinoris Dr. in Wood Dale. Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International vice president Theresa Gleason, CCIM represented Garrison CFS in negotiations with Pat McCourt of CB Richard Ellis, who represented CenterPoint Properties Trust. Tim Thompson of HSA Commercial represented Prentiss Properties in negotiations with Paine/Wetzel ONCOR associate Daniel J. Benassi, who represented Tower Ribbons & Awards.
