Aliposa Properties LLC of Tigunga, CA, acquired 2101 W. Alice Ave. from Scottsdale-based VJ Properties, taking on an existing loan to help seal the deal, Paul Boyle, a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. "We had it on the market for four months and this was one of four offers we received. The price and timing couldn't have been better," Boyle says.

The building, which delivered in 1986, is leased to a cable provider and medical equipment distributor. The property's 80% office build-out proved an additional incentive to purchase, according to Boyle, who along with Rick Danis, also with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, represented the seller. Kevin Hurley of Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix represented the buyer in the deal.
